Neon Motion Portrait Of A Smiling Man

Create an elegant near-abstract full-body portrait of a person in a twisted three-quarter pose, using the characteristics of the uploaded photo, shot from a low side angle with strong perspective. The body is angled forward with one arm extended. A violently beautiful cool motion blur in sapphire, deep lilac and cobalt completely dissolves the limbs into chaotic yet graceful light trails while the core of the body stays intact. Background is a glowing gradient of dark indigo to luminous lavender. Cinematic and poetic. Use the characteristics of the uploaded photo. No scenery, no interface. aspect ratio 9:16.
